Allsporthelmets.com accepts payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Discover credit cards. Our secure server encrypts your information to ensure it remains private and secure. Payment can be made through our website or by phone.

Promos

Promotion codes are redeemed at the end of the ordering process after your payment information has been entered. Simply enter your promotion or source code, and when you're finished, move on to the checkout section. Your promotional discount will be will be reflected in your order summary.

Tax Information

Allsporthelmets.com is based in Bend, Oregon. Oregon does not charge sales tax. Your state and/or municipal government may require you to declare mail order purchases and pay sales tax on them directly.

Shipping

Allsporthelmets.com ships most orders to the U.S. within 1 business day of receipt. Shipping options are provided at the time of check out. Standard shipping, next day and 2nd day shipping rates are available at check out. Ground shipping is free on orders of $80.00 or more in the contiguous 48 states. You will always have an opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges before you confirm your order. Out of stock items usually ship within 10 business days. Orders with items on back order are held until they can be shipped complete.

Tracking your shipment

A tracking number with your preferred shipping method will be automatically sent to your email address at time of shipment for convenient and accurate delivery information.

Return Policy

It’s simple. We guarantee all of our merchandise and are committed to your 100% satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, we will exchange it, replace it, or credit your account within 30 days of purchase. Exceptions: Customized items or special orders.

  • Copy of Order Invoice (sent via email and included in your package)
  • Credit card information for proper credit
  • A detailed description of how you would like us to handle your return/exchange.
